All consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has been conducted. If a consultation is missed, rescheduling may be allowed with prior notice. Consultation fees may be credited toward a full project if the client proceeds with our services.
Deposits made for projects (e.g., websites, systems, SEO) are non-refundable once work has commenced. Refunds are not applicable for completed work or delivered milestones.
If you are not satisfied with a service, we encourage you to contact us so we can address concerns and provide possible revisions or solutions.
