All consultation sessions are paid in advance. A consultation includes professional advice, analysis, and recommendations based on the information provided by the client. Consultation fees are non-refundable but may be credited toward a full project if the client proceeds with our services.
Payments are made via approved methods including M-Pesa (Paybill) and other available payment options. Services will only commence after payment confirmation. For project-based services, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance payable upon completion or based on agreed milestones.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, and timely feedback required for project completion. Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines.
Any work outside the agreed scope may attract additional charges. Reasonable revisions are allowed based on the service agreement.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final delivered work is transferred to the client, unless otherwise stated. Brydex Technologies retains the right to showcase completed work for portfolio purposes.
